The Foundation’s $5 million pledge established a hospitality honors program, a scholarship for top-tier hospitality students, and renamed Purdue’s hospitality and tourism management school. This gift continues to equip students and shape them into global leaders who will make an impact in areas such as sales management, retail management, and financial counseling and planning.
Along with this name change, the Union Club Hotel at Purdue University was hand-selected for its distinctive design and hospitality perspectives and invited to join the Marriott International Autograph Collection, a group consisting of more than 200 hotels across the world. With Union Club Hotel being exclusively the only student-run hotel within the Autograph Collection, it represents a unique blend of educational excellence and hospitality innovation while providing you with an exclusive experience.
